Passengers don’t have any idea how much they have to wait, Management don’t know where their bus are or is there any bus failure or which routes requires more buses and which routes requires more bus stands. Because of severe traffic jams buses are stuck at single point and this has the same annoying effect everyday on commuters as the dearth of buses, as many as three buses scheduled for different time-slots pile up at a single bus-stop.

	Bus Arrival Prediction Technology Informs all stations/passengers how may stops or how far bus is and how much time it will take to reach you i.e. Estimated Arrival Times.
	Vacant seats information’s (VSI): Each seat of bus is equipped with sensors (Tactile switches) to sense whether is occupied or not, and no of vacant seats are then transmitted to all Bus stops and displayed to users along with bus arrival time.
	Bus Route diversion Detection (BRDD): Identification of route diversion and alarm generation for same. Management can take immediate action like calling nearest police station and traffic police in-charge to take care of the situation
	Bus Failure Detection (BFD): Inbuilt Bus Failure detections and execution of recovery process. Each bus is equipped with various switches in panel each switch represent a failure and driver can press relevant switch, message will reach to Bus stop via passing buses.
